This Is 0

I may be educated
but sometimes I am not a smart man.
I may have 20/20 vision
but sometimes cannot see the things in front of me.

Such a healing process…
Spew it out onto the pages

Glass shattering again and again.
Sharp explosions of light
and flashes of heat.
Eyes close, squint tight
trying to shut out the pain.

Haiku Three: Rain 0

Rain on a Monday,
Bleak weather for a bleak day;
Should have stayed in bed.

The Two Men 0

Why do you talk like that?
I don’t know.
Why do you look like that?
I don’t know.
Why do you act like that?
I don’t know.
Don’t you know anything.
I know I don’t like you.
Well, that’s a start.

What are you doing down there?
Looking.
Looking for what?
Something I lost.
When did you last have it?
A while ago.
Where was [...]
