One of my two favorite complications is the GMT feature (behind the chronograph – put the two together and I’m in heaven). For some reason I really like being able to know what time it is somewhere else, even if I’m not there. And, lately, I’ve seen some vintage Rolex GMT Masters that really have me lusting for one. Naturally, the Rolex is far, far out of my budget. So, what do I do instead? Find an affordable option.

This one popped up on the PMWF and I snagged it, quick. I didn’t even have the funds for it at the time; yeah, I took a little gamble. I figured I could move my Marcello C Nettuno3 to cover the funds. Luckily, I did!

The size of this one is perfect at 42mm. And the Pepsi (blue and red) bezel is awesome. the performance of the movement has been top notch. You have the option of setting the second time zone by either rotating the bezel or by adjusting the 24-hour and itself.

This is, IMHO, a fantastic Rolex GMT Master II alternative at a fraction of the price.
