| The Story Behind This Watch |
I had been looking at these on eBay for a while, off and on. They’ve come under different name brands, but are basically the same watch. So, when this one popped up at a reduced price I decided to take a stab at it and see what I thought. My thoughts? I like it!
I’m a sucker for a mechanical chronograph, which is part of what drew me to this one. It’s most likely an Asian copy of the Valjoux 7750, which has been performing well, so far. At times the hour counter at 6 will not reset properly the first time, but starting the chrono then stopping it after a few seconds, and then resetting again will pop it straight back up.
