| The Story Behind This Watch |
I found this one at Ross in Spokane last fall and went back and forth as whether or not I wanted to buy it, obviously I finally did and I’m glad. Funny (in a sad, non-WIS kind of way): this was the first watch I bought with a screw down crown, only I had not ever come in contact with one, nor heard of one, at the time of purchase. So it was not until I discovered such sites as Time Zone, WatchUSeek and the PMWF that I realized what I had been doing wrong. I’d had the watch for almost a year at this time.
This is one of my last few standard battery operated quartz watches. It’s still in my stable as it is the only square watch I have. Plus it’s just a slick looking watch.
